Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a safe, effective hands-on therapy treating a wide range of pain and dysfunction in all ages. The Osteopath treats the whole person, not just the area of the body causing symptoms, because the cause of a problem often has its origin in another part of the body. Osteopaths diagnose and treat structural stresses and strains that may be interfering with health; this therapy is well known to be beneficial for aches and pains in the body’s framework. It is less well known that Osteopathy can also help an enormous variety of symptoms and problems in babies, children and adults. Common symptoms that are treated are back pain, inability to relax, joint pain, muscle spasm, arthritic pain, minor sports injuries, whiplash, digestive problems, sciatica and neck ache. Osteopathy may also be helpful as you get older or before, during and after pregnancy.
