Wellbeing Coaching helps a client to reflect on their mental and physical state, enabling them to understand their strengths and navigate the changes they can make to improve their overall sense of wellness. The initial session focuses on each area of wellness: health, work, family, relationships, wealth, fun, exercise, hobbies, home and personal development. The aim is to narrow down what areas need attention and create realistic solutions.
