Booking:

This is done through the website where you select the ‘Booking’ tab or ‘Schedule an appointment’ on the Home page.

Should you require any direction regarding what to book and with whom, you can telephone and speak to Sally for advice 01491 672332 / 07887 794963. She is always happy to chat and assist. If we can’t answer your call, please leave a message with a contact number and we will call you back.

Payment:

Please pay online at the time of booking via a payment system called Stripe. If you have any problems, please let us know either by telephone or email. If we manually book you in, we will send you an invoice via email. 

Appointment Reminder:

The Orchard Clinic will send you confirmation and an email reminder of your appointment. 

Treatment Room Adaptations:

We have adapted our Treatment Rooms to make them safer following Public Health England and our Governing Bodies’ advice. The treatment room will be ventilated and will have been cleaned immediately prior to your session and in between every treatment. Surfaces will be kept as clear of non-essential items as possible to reduce infection spread. They will be wiped with alcohol wipes between treatments. Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Reflexology and Podiatry Clients will remain clothed. 

From When You Arrive:

Please feel free to come and sit in our waiting area, immediately as you enter the front door.

Toilet facilities are available and are located through the waiting area, straight ahead of you.
